Questions you might have

Dorak بس للحلاقين؟Is Dorak only for barbershops?

We're starting with barbershops in Zarqa, but the idea works anywhere people wait their turn: clinics, banks and more. Barbershops just come first.

Is it free for customers?

Yes, joining a queue is free. The prices shown are the place's own.

What if I'm late?

They'll call you, and after a short grace period your turn moves back a little instead of being cancelled.

Can the staff see my number?

Never. They only see your name and what you chose.

What if the place is full?

You'll see a clear message, with nearby places to try instead.
